1. Go to https://zoom.us/download.

2. 下载 Zoom Desktop Client。

3. 安装下载的文档。

4. 加入测试会议 https://zoom.us/test​​​​.

找到您的视频就诊细节

1. 前往 https://www.ucsfhealth.org/
mychart.

2. 用您的 MyChart 用户名及密码登录。

3. 前往 Visits (就诊)。

4. 找到您的视频就诊预约。

完成电子报到*

1. 点击您的就诊旁边的eCheck-in (电子报到) 按钮。

2. 依照屏幕上的提示更新保险资讯、签署表格等。

*您可以在预约时间之前提前 7 天报到。

开始您的视频就诊

1. 在您的预约时间之前提前几分钟，前往 Visits (就诊)。

2. 点击您的预约旁边的 Details (细节) 按钮。

3. 点击 Begin Video Visit (开始视频就诊) 按钮。

看不到按钮？点击 Zoom 会议链接。

如果您有一个会议 ID，打开 Zoom 应用，点击 Join (加入) 并输入会议 ID。

4. 如有提示，输入您的名和姓。

加入音频及视频

1. 将出现一个窗口，提供音频连接方式的选择。选择 Join with Computer Audio (加入电脑音频)。

2. 否则选择 Phone (电话) 并拨号接入。

3. 如果您不能在屏幕上看到自己，点击 Start Video (启动视频)
