Please do this well in advance of your appointment.
Download Zoom
1. Go to https://zoom.us/download.
2. Download Zoom Desktop Client.
3. Install the downloaded file.
4. Join a test meeting at https://zoom.us/test.

Find your Video Visit Details
1. Go to https://www.ucsfhealth.org/mychart.
2. Log in with your MyChart username and password.
3. Click Visits.
4. Find your scheduled video visit.

Complete eCheck-in*
1. Click the eCheck-in button next to your visit.
2. Complete any on screen steps to update insurance, sign forms, etc.
*You can eCheck-in up to 7 days prior to your visit.


Need to Invite a Guest?
Have a Join video visit button?
1. In your appointment details, click View and Invite Participants, then Invite a new guest.
2. If you've invited guests before, click the drop down to find them again, or click --New Guest-- and enter their contact details.
Have a meeting link or ID?
1. Copy the link and send to your guest via email or text.



Start your Video Visit
1. A few minutes before your appointment time, go to Visits.
2. Click Details next to your appointment.
3. Click Join video visit button.
Don't see a button? Click the Zoom meeting link instead.
Have a meeting ID instead? Open Zoom, click Join, and enter the meeting ID.
4. Enter your first and last name if prompted.


Join Audio & Video
1. A window will appear with choices for audio connection. Choose Join with Computer Audio.
2. Otherwise, choose Phone and dial in.
3. If you don't see yourself on screen, click the Start Video button.
