What kinds of devices can I use?
You will need a smartphone, tablet, laptop or desktop computer with a web camera.
iPhone, iPad, Android devices:
- Go to Apple App Store, or Google Play Store app
- Search for and download MyChart, and Zoom Workplace
Laptop/Desktop computers:
- Using your internet browser of choice (Google Chrome, Apple Safari, Mozilla Firefox, etc)
- Click to join a Zoom Test Meeting
Where can I conduct my video visit?
Patients should be in a quiet, private place, and not operating a moving vehicle during the video visit.
My provider isn't in the meeting, what should I do?
Call your clinic if 15 minutes have elapsed, and this isn't a normal wait time for this provider.
