1. 前往 https://zoom.us/download.

2. 下載 Zoom Client for Meetings。

3. 安裝下載的文檔。

4. 加入測試會議 https://zoom.us/test​​​​.

找到您的視頻就診細節

1. 前往 https://www.ucsfhealth.org/mychart.

2. 用您的 MyChart 用戶名及密碼登錄。

3. 前往 Visits (就診)

4. 找到您的視頻就診預約

完成電子報到*

1. 點擊您的就診旁邊的eCheck-in (電子報到) 按鈕。

2. 依照屏幕上的提示更新保險資訊、簽署表格等。

*您可以在預約時間之前提前 7 天報到。

開始您的視頻就診

1. 在您的預約時間之前提前幾分鐘，前往 Visits (就診)。

2. 點擊您的預約旁邊的 Details (細節) 按鈕。.

3. 點擊 Begin Video Visit (開始視頻就診) 按鈕。

看不到按鈕？點擊 Zoom 會議鏈接。

如果您有一個會議 ID，打開 Zoom 應用，點擊 Join (加入) 並輸入會議 ID。

4. 如有提示，輸入您的名和姓。

Join Audio & Video

1. 將出現一個窗口，提供音頻連接方式的選擇。選擇 Join with Computer Audio (加入電腦音頻)。

2. 否則選擇 Phone (電話) 並撥號接入。

3. 如果您不能在屏幕上看到自己，點擊 Start Video (啟動視頻)
